You leave with clear written aftercare and a direct line if anything concerns you. A review is arranged where the treatment calls for one.

Really happy with the results. Natural, nothing overdone. Alexandra listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly without pushing treatments I didn't need.
Google reviewVerified clientNumbing cream was applied properly and I waited until it took effect, so I felt no discomfort at all. Completely relaxed the whole way through.
Fresha reviewVerified clientMy skin looked so much fresher and more hydrated after microneedling. Great advice on skincare afterwards too. Would absolutely recommend.

Ask a questionYes. Every new client has a consultation before treatment, and for prescription treatments this has to happen in person with the prescriber. It's a chance to check suitability, go through your medical history and agree a plan. There's no obligation to book treatment on the day.
Most clients describe it as a brief scratch or pressure rather than pain. Numbing cream is applied where appropriate and given proper time to work before starting, and that step isn't rushed.
It depends on the treatment. Filler results are visible immediately and settle over two weeks. Anti-wrinkle treatments start to show from around day three to five and reach their full effect at around two weeks. Regenerative treatments like polynucleotides build gradually over a course.
Most treatments allow you to go straight back to your day. Some redness, small bumps or mild swelling is normal for 24–48 hours after injectables, and microneedling can leave the skin flushed for a day. You'll get written aftercare covering what to expect and what to avoid.
Alexandra, a registered nurse with 13 years of clinical experience in ICU and emergency care, performs every treatment personally. She also trains other practitioners as an aesthetic trainer at Promed Academy. You won't be handed to someone else on the day.
No. Injectable treatments aren't carried out during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Some skin treatments may still be suitable, so get in touch and it can be discussed.
Not at all, and a lot of clients are in exactly that position. The usual approach with first-timers is to start conservatively, see how you respond, and build from there rather than doing everything at once.
